Joe Aiello- Technology Strategist

Throughout my career, I have held various leadership roles in which I reduced and eliminated technical debt, increased business agility, and adopted new technologies. Ultimately, my career is defined by my consistent delivery of measurable, impactful value. I currently serve as vice president of infrastructure and cybersecurity with Teachers Federal Credit Union. In this capacity, I lead all networking, architecture, and cybersecurity initiatives for this $8.2B financial institution. Some of the major highlights of my career include the following achievements:

• Building out the capabilities of the cybersecurity team and creating a defined charter with authorization to execute on technology initiatives.
• Restructuring the IT infrastructure team, including the redesign of job roles and responsibilities, introducing KPIs, and establishing new operating framework.
• Leading the development and implementation of a remote work plan for 500+ people in approximately 90 days resulting from the global pandemic.
• Modernizing a business continuity plan, migrating location, defining data classifications, and partnering with business units on recovery objectives.

Narek Boudakian- I.T. Engineer

I have been working Directed IT operations, including: technical planning, staffing, policy and procedure development, vendor relations, resource allocation, performance reporting, and customer service. Contributed to business development, operational analysis, and business model design. Designed and deployed redundant virtual server environments for medical and surgical centers. Established partnerships with local service companies to expand NetQuest’s range of products and services. Analyzed profit/loss trends for each task; subcontracted least profitable tasks. Managed annual budget; created reports to improve sales forecasting and increase cost efficiency. Enhanced staff productivity and efficiency through implementation of best practices and training schedule. Led high-level client discussions to assess business needs and develop appropriate IT solutions. Oversaw Windows 2000-2016 Server and Exchange design, builds, migrations, administration, maintenance support and upgrades for high profile clients. Reviewed final design, coordination and management of all aspects of system rollouts and integration. Contributed to knowledge base development and maintenance. Mediated discussions and concept development between Web Design Department and clients. Contributed to design of client’s entire office infrastructure architecture.

Chris Rupy- Systems Engineer

Chris has 17 years of experience working on small to medium sized business I.T. projects. He is a key member of our team that has provided senior leadership managing out I.T. technicians.
